Dave is one of the only ebay sellers I've seen that offers free shipping. This is a BIG factor. One of the first things I look at is shipping costs. If they are over $3, I usually won't even bid, or I'll bid lower that I would if shipping was reasonable. FREE shipping gives the bidders an extra incentive, even if it's only perceived.
