Absolutely....the Flamingo owes us that. many of us have hired people to care for children, businesses, invalided parents and houses and not to mention non-refundable airline tickets. Your system has just deleted us as guests and you still have our money. An apology, though important, is not enough. We need a decisive action. A notification of refund and a request from the Flamingo to please come and stay, free, for the three nights as an apology for cancelling the tournament.
