This question popped up awhile back and it was found I belive that the seller owns the grading company. There have been more of the same type grading companys popping up for Graded Dollars etc.
The best thing to remember is BUY WHATS IN THE HOLDER FOR WHAT YOU FEEL IT IS AND NOT WHAT THE SELLER CLAIMS.
We don't need graded silver strikes its just a money making deal for the rip off sellers grading them.
