While not possessing a JD degree myself I can't comment on the legalities here Peter but I did contact the Las Vegas Convention Bureau last night and advised the individual I spoke with about the disaster. He was to say the least shocked and did advise me that until we receive refunds we do have confirmed reservations. Not being a total idiot I decided to book elsewhere. I have zilch for faith in the Flamingo at this point and sure don't plan to trust my comfort to them!
