We do have something in writing and it was posted on this message board by the people at O'Sheas and the Flamingo. I have a copy of one message that gives me a special code for registration plus all the information on the tournament coin as the entry gift etc. They have had our money for two months and a promise of a tournament. I would hope that we would have at least a legal right to the entry gift tournament coin plus interest on our money.
The first tournament was open to all and I'm not sure there wasn't a legal problem with discrimination on the part of one per household.
