The Palms is no longer issuing the $200 2007 Playmate of the Year (PMOY) at the cashier cage. Most are being returned to the mint because of various defects--such as broken velvet cases or bad decals (White Nose).

According to Craig at the Palms the problems will be fixed and the strikes will be replaced. However there is no time frame for the replacements as of yet. Yes the original mintage figure was 250--I don't know how many have already been issued or how many are being returned.
