Janel....without a reason being told to us in the tournament of WHY the Flamingo had no choice to cancel one week before the tournament is really poor PR of all your people included there at the Flamingo. After this I would never make another reservation with the Flamingo for I would not trust them again to cancel out like they did here...We waited for this, Paid ahead of time and I exspect my card to have a refund on it and I am going out to another hotel for the time I am there and will not gamble at either Flamingo or O'Shea's again....This was very bad....shame on you people there and you cannot even say WHY?????SHAME ON YOU>>>>>>> Christine F.
