The bottom line is that if a die is relesed to just anyone, it compromises the integrity of the original item produced by the die. The US mint defaces a die before it goes into the "collectible" market. Yes, it is true that it was the property of Caesars and they can do what they wish with it, it just shows there is no integrity behind what they produced with it.
