Looks like someone posting this thread needs to look in the mirror and take his own advice.
In the Past year it appears E-Bay has been making a effort to actually make a effort when problems arise. Before that, any problem came up and you could count on zero help from them, maybe they started hearing what everyone was saying about them and decided to make some changes, This case shows there making some effort. Ebay is "king" of online auctions , but I know some sellers who were switching to other sites, and thats lost revenue and one thing I know is anything that effects there bottom line they will do something about.
