when the 4Q lady luck was available s. webster announced they would be given out one at a time at 10 am on friday. everyone in line would be accomodated. strikes were made available at 8:45 citing a safety factor with the huge lines around the cage. those arriving late (really on time) were in jeopardy of being shut out.eventually everyone was accomodated-----but it was organized and run quite poorly-----no prob w/ the haloween ss as there are still some left-----on the whole the 4Q is great but they should learn from their mistakes so the same situation doesnt repeat itself in late january.
