I have two different $2.00 Harrah's strikes listed. These are both with SMOOTH outer rims. These are very few and far in between. I believe the last one sold for $33 around a month ago on eBay. Seller was "gardenhills". Bid while you can as these will not come up again very soon. Acording to Bill's guide there are five designs. Here you can get two of them.
