I finally got a response from the seller. It was totally unresponsive and unacceptable. I have given them extremely negative feedback and filed a complaint with eBay for gross misrepresentation of the product and failure to insure the package as promised.

I will follow through on this complaint. If anyone cares, I'll post the results here.
