Glen - You are DEAD WRONG and if this is your best inturpertation of the law its a good thing you are retired. In your case the seller states inurance is included and the only reason to complain would be if the item didn't arrive and the seller refused to make good. As a buyer you were intitled to just what you got, you received what you purchased.
Also My Daughter who is a practicing attorney is here looking over my shoulder laughing at the statements you are making and wished she could have gone head to head with you in a court room if the rest of your knowledge of the law is as weak as it is in this case.
A litte side bar to this is the seller is a poor excuse for a coin dealer as he is selling over graded cleaned junk and uses a holder any one of use can buy by the hunderds, any body who has any knowledge of coin grading knows he is a joke.
I did see he has a Reno Airport strike in auction, I might buy it because I think it is a good value at $2.99 plus the $4 shipping, heck I might buy all of the airport ones for that price and turn them in for face value and make a buck or two.
