So far the majority of responses feel more like a defense of the seller than a concern for their behavior. It's one thing to declare you will "self insure" a shipment and quite another to declare that shipping fees "include insurance." And false representations about the nature of the product is equal to fraud. They are a large seller and in the coin business. Lack of knowledge about their product is beyond excuse, it is gross neglegence at best.
