Glen - While most people would agree that the way they promote the item is wrong and ebay might find a bit of fraud in the listing there more than likely isn't anything that is going to be done about it, you could claim you didn't receive a Gold Plated strike with Almost 1 ounce of silver as advertised but then the seller would claim this is what he was told and if he is an ebay power seller ebay more than likely wouln
dn't do a thing.
Who was this seller or what was the auction number ??
As far as the insurance issue that is another issue you will lose, a seller can SELF INSURE and charge for insurance without disclosing that fact, I know of several seller who do this for items under $30.00 figuring the odds are in their favor that only one will get lost out of maybe 100 so they come out ahead.
