If they have "private" insurance and don't disclose that fact, nor who the insurer is, that is equal to having no insurance. Who do I make a claim to, the people who misrepresented the product to begin with. NO THANKS!
If they don't refund my insurance premium I will report them to ebay and paypal. Period.
