The first 3 are from the Horseshoe in Bossier City, LA and have the state seals of Louisiana, Texas and Arkansas. ".999" is on the rim.
The next 3 are from the Golden Nugget in L.V. The casino logo and one of the building facade's have the ".999" on the rim and the other building facade has it on the silver inlay (means it is newer).
The last 2 in this scan are from Sam's Town in Tunica and the ".999" is on the rim.
