Sorry if this is a dumb question. I am very new (just found this site today) and use to collect these whenever I went to Vegas (1990's). I was looking them up on your site and one of them says it is a short issue. Does that translate to rare and if so how do I find the value of it. It is the crossed swords from Treasure Island. Any help would be appreciated.
