After talking to as many people as I can who were in Tahoe, as well as those who have been rumored to have all the $200s, I have the following conclusions:

1. It is certain that the strikes were there and were redeemed and they are all gone.
2. I myself am certain that one person did NOT get them all.
3. I believe that because of the rumors and the postings on this board, including my own posting, the people with the $200s are unwilling to come forward and share their stories for fear of being accused of having them all (which I also posted), being greedy, etc.

I apologize for jumping to conclusions, and I admit I was wrong. I think when the dust settles, we will see that is was just some perfect timing for some strikers, plain and simple. I have even been told that there may be a newsletter article written by one such lucky person. We can only hope that Harrah's and Harvey's cool down and rethink their conclusions and decide to give it another go before canceling the strike program once again.
