Dave, I have to agree with you. Being involved with Treasure Island and their $200 strikes, the casino gets the prototype for approval, and from there the order is placed once the prototype has been approved by the Casino. I have never heard of (5) $200's being sent to any Casino unless they were (5) different prototypes to be okayed by the Casino on different designs! But if they only pick one design, they still have to pay for the other (4) dies unless they place orders on all (5) that were submitted. If you remember this was also done by Slots A Fun with their Prototypes (2), and one was originally for sale for $40,000.00 on Ebay and then the price was lowered to $25,000.00, there were (2) different designs that were submitted that were never minted and the SAF kept the (2) Prototypes and had the dies destroyed after they paid for the dies.
