Becky - The $200's started off frosted and as they were struck the frosting started to become less and less until they weren't frosted, this happens to any strike or coin as they are struck because the area that is made to look frosted begins to fade. When I was there playing for mine I was able to look through 15 until we found a frosted one, the others were eithr non frosted or had faint frosting, due to the minting process I would say maybe the first 25 to 40 were a nice frosted strike with the rest going towards no frosting.
