I have (2) 1994-Ct Sams Town Strikes, one with the Hat Band and one without. On both of the strikes the right rear leg is shinny, just like the Panner with no knee. I was wondering if this is common on these (2) 1994-Ct Pony Express Strikes, or are they the same as the Panner, a rarity? On the 1999-GDC and the 1999-S they both have frosting on the right rear leg the same as the rest of the horse. Bill Cohenour's book doesn't say anything about the NO LEG as he does about the panner with NO KNEE! Does anyone have any answers? Thanks in advance.
