Our contact with printer had e-mailed me that the club newsletter. Would be mailed out on October 8th. This is what I posted on strike point. As pointed out to me and I had not remembered. October 8th was a Post Office holiday. I figured they would actually be mailed out on October 9th--the next day.
When I called our printer contact today. He told me that the club newsletter had actually been mailed out ----Friday-- October 12th.----- 4 days after he e-mailed me a mailing date.
I have NO say so with eather the printer when he mails out the newsletter. OR with the US Post Office about how long it takes it to get to someone where they live.
I will do what I can to take care of this. As to it happening again. I cannot promise anything.
ALL I CAN SAY AT THIS POINT. Is please BE PATIENT the club news letter is in the mail. Sending me or any of the board members 40,000 e-mails about this. Will not spead it up.
If anybody HAS NOT RECEIVED the club newsletter by October 26. Please do e-mail me. And I will check into it.
DO NOT E-MAIL Larry or Kathy Archer about any of the mailing club newsletter problem. They have no way to help anybody with this mailing problem.
