There was no over site on my part. When the first round of strikes ended I had a note posted to our web site letting everyone know that they could order an additional strike. Many of our members (those who read our site) ordered a second strike and I sent them out as fast as I could. I completed the task before I left office. I did make a mistake.
One day I accidentally sent out an extra coin to two of our members. Only one of them (after being notified), I'm sorry to say, paid for the coin.
