great point - most hotels charge the first night, but this being a tournament they hit me for all $600 - actually, in hindsight, i was happy for this as i can have it paid for before the holidays - no need to worry about scrapping up some cash just after Christmas - maybe we can get some others to go along with that logic and get this event filled to the max!
