That's eBay's new way of protecting bidder's identities. They used to just say "bidder 1", "bidder 2", etc. but now they changed it to what you see now. It doesn't matter what their feedback is to anyone but the seller, and the seller can see everything on all bidders. The old bidder 1, 2 way you could see the feedback and through a roundabout way figure out who was bidding, so I guess they are making it pretty foolproof now.
