And where is your proof that Neil did you some harm? You seem to be able to spin out a lot of words and not provide any form of backup in terms of paperwork, just your word. Would this be the same conversation as:
1 Yes he has got my money (Over $100)
2 He did charge me for postal compensation
3 He never delivered, but claims he can prove it
4 He has had made that claim several times over nearly four months and still has not coughed up either the postal comp or the goods?
5 If you charge for postal comp, you need to track to prove non-delivery
I could go on, but it gets dreary after a bit when you deal with con men like that.
