As long as we're ranting all over the place, shouldn't all of the moaning and groaning be about SHILL bidding? I know what a shill is and does, but always thought shrill would better refer to the tone of some of these messages.

Or, maybe the originator meant to say THRILL bidding? Who knows? Pretty soon, I expect to see "e pluribus unum" used to represent "let the buyer beware".

On the other hand, all of these messages are certainly entertaining.

Finally, and my personal rant, at the bottom of the screen upon which this is written is a button to check spelling. Is it only visible on my monitor?
