With this new First Class "parcel" ( since the "big" USPS rate change a couple months ago ) , its a toss up how fast anything will get anywhere. I've track a lot of stuff to see how long it takes. Mail stuff on Saturday and its delivered in New York on Monday. Ship same size on Monday and its almost 10 days until its delivered in Ohio. Closer you are to where it's going, gets there faster ( most of the time ) ...sent to California ( I'm in Oregon ) 2 -3 days most of the time, but have had them take over a week other times...
Heres a good one, 1 oz non machine able padded envelope shipped in the USA , $1.17 , overseas 97 cents to $1.08 ( depends on who get at the post office ) ....Ask the same question to 6 different people at the Post Office , get 6 completely different answers....
Can't complain too much, for what they ( USPS ) handle , most of the time things go very quickly, and 99.9 percent of the time they do get it too you even if it takes a little longer...
