I donot have the exact times of everything.
But Friday usually is a tournment registration day. Where you get your slot tournment package. And pick or get the machine(s) number(s) you will be playing on during the tournment. This can --if I remember right-- be done also on saturday before the tournment starts. I feel it is better to get get all this done on friday. The registration usually starts at 9:00AM & ends around 4:00PM on friday. So I would suggest that you get into Las Vegas. No later than 1:30 PM, maybe earlier depending on where you are staying. So as to have time to get to your hotel, check in. And then get to the 4-Queens to get registered before 4:00 PM
The awards ceremony is sunday usually a hour or 2 after the last round of the slot tournment ends. It is hard to say when to leave for home. To many unknown ending or starting times. Unless you donot want to stay for the awards ceremony. I would say to probally plan on leaving sometime after 6 or 7:00 PM.
NOTE: If you take the 4-Queens tournment package/with room. You get 3 nights staying there. Someone can correct me if I am wrong. But last year the 3 nights was --Friday--Saturday--Sunday nights. If NO tournment room package you can plan accordingly. It might be worth --if you can-- staying sunday night somewhere. And go home on monday.

PS::: Do not forget to mention that you/they are interested in getting a $200 silver strike if 1 is released. I heard Shawn say IF there is ENOUGH interest in a $200. I took it to mean on a 1 for 1 basis HE MIGHT release 1. But he needed to know in advance. And to mention this interest when registering for the slot tournment. The people doing the registering is susposed to keep a count for him.
So EACH person who is IN the tournment needs to have it known. That they are interested in a $200 silver strike. Shawn didn't say what's the minimum number needed. I am sure he has a minimum number in his mind.
