in the Brass core interim report as being expelled.

Now I'm no attorney ... nor am I a club official, but I do have a personal opinon with respect to Lisa Jung's status.

Here is the actual quote from the Brass Core Interim Report regarding the action taken against Mel Jung ...; "Based on these violations of the CC>CC Code of Ethics, the Board of Directors of the Casino Chips and Gaming Tokens Collectors Club has voted unanimously to expel Mel Jung from the CC>CC and bar him from all club activities."

Now, since Lisa Jung is an ASSOCIATE MEMBER (not a Regular member) and since it was her husband, Mel, who held the regular membership who was expelled, she can no longer be eligible for associate membership according to Article FIVE; MEMBERSHIP paragraph C which defines;
"Associate Members: Spouses and/or chidren residing at the same adress as a regular or Charter Member in good standing."

It is my interpretation of the above that since Mel Jung is no longer a "member in good standing"..., Lisa Jung can not continue her Associate Membership status.

HOWEVER: It is MY PERSONAL OPINON that Lisa Jung could apply for Regular Membership (if she so chose) as she was not implicated in the Brass Core Investigation ... according to the report that has been published on the club website.
