Re: Paying by Paypal
My problem was solved by ebay this morning, I was told to upgrade my Pay Pal account to a Premier accout ( I think thats what they called it )or have my seller account on ebay suspended for 6 months. I upgraded my account and they then told me I had accepted the credit card payment I didn't want and charged me the fees for the transaction. What made me made was I still wasn't given the right to refuse the credit card payment with its fees.
Lesson learned, don't sell on ebay unless you are ready to take any and all forms of payment a buyer wishs to use.
One last thing, the last email I received from ebay was that the one auction I had running at the time had been canceled because I stated in my description I WOULN"T TAKE PAY PAL. This is in violation of ebays sellers rules so they said.
When ebay bills my credit card next month I am going to tell my credit card company I am disputing the fees they have billed me for and see what happens, I may lose but it will be worth the effort if I win.
