i had same problem
i called paypal upgraded my account refunded payment
then go my personal account back
i informed paypal NO where in my add does it say i take it
so lady helped me out or # 2 you can just let the payment sit
for 30days then it goes back to sender this works also
i guess your buyer had NO cash so tryed plastic
like i do sometimes ..
