I have had many transactions with Neil and he has always promptly paid.

I can only presume that Neil sent the items out prior to receiving payment and now spreli says once item received he tossed the stub.

Having read all the threads I have an opinion of how all this could have been avoided but I only give opinions when asked or to threads that I create. Most of the time.

Both the buyer and seller seem ok. Both have good feedback records. At least until recently.
