I'll jump in this one just briefly, because like Walt said, this has been beaten to death. Do all you people who hate dealers feel the same about coin dealers? Stamp dealers? What if someone wants a strike that is obsolete (like about 95% of all strikes) should they just say "oh well, since I wasn't in Las Vegas in 1996 I will never ever have that strike..."? Also, what about people who have had enough of strikes, and for their own reasons want to sell their collection. You know who usually buys it? Dealers. The dealers are serving both the buyers and the sellers. If you don't like dealers, that is absolutely fine, you don't ever have to BUY a strike. But there are a TON of people who DO buy strikes, and that's their right, and why should anyone care? And I'm also willing to bet that most if not all dealers are also collectors too.
Dave.
