Sometimes its not always about the money. I would rather have a strike in my collection that I have actually aquired from the machine or the casino. The strike will represent not only an item in my collection, but memories of time spent away from work, vacationing or whatever you may choose to call it. On the side of the few who oppose "dealers" aquiring all the strikes for resale, the most affirmative defense presented is the "money" factor. Sometimes it is NOT about the money.
