Ross, I will no longer be with Disney Mobile after ny contract expires. Not so much because they lost my phone number but for another reason. My phone screen gradually went blank to where I could not see any script so I called Disney support and they said they would send me another phone for free. Now they weren't required to under my contract but as I am paying $200 a month in fees I thought this was a nice gesture on their part for being a good customer. I received the phone a few days later and called technical support to activate it. He asked me for the ESN number and I was told that that ESN number was assigned to someone else and to return the phone and go out and buy my own phone. Now I won't be with Disney after my contract expires and they get some bad publicity.
