I am not sure who is the person to answer this application question. So, I am putting it on the message board. And hopeing the person with the answer will respond for everybody's knowledge.

A NEW board is coming on board during the convention. In looking at the club new member application(on club site)
Kevin Pyles and his address is listed as the mailing address. To send the application and payment to.

Once the new board takes over -- will Kevin Pyles STILL be the person to send the application & payment to? Or will Leroy Rico take over these duties from Kevin.

What/where/when should we tell a possible new club member- who and where to send the application to? Both verbally or on the club application?

I am thinking of making some copies of the club application. And I do not want to give out some bad information.
