A couple of years ago a few of us got so many people in trouble for shilling that the practice stopped pretty quickly. Some big names were doing it too.
I haven't noticed much of it lately, but if someone notices one person only bidding on a certain person's item, you can put it in the bank he's a shill....oops..suspected shill.
