What a lovely hotel the Palms is and I love all those video poker machines.I must say that a couple of Silver Stikes machines would be just perfect and having a SS tournament to kick off your new machines would be a fantastic idea. I know you would have some beautiful strikes if there are anything like your casino chips.
A SS tournament is so much fun, both my husband and I love slot tournaments and of course SS tournaments are even better. We both participated in the first SS tournament at O"Shea and it was wonderful. Unfortuantely their second tournament does not allow both husband and wife to participate this time. There are a lot of Silver Striker who are husband and wife and this is one special hobby they enjoy together. I hope in the future that casinos will not discriminate against husband and wife playing together.
If you do have a SS tournament please incude a drink at the Ghost Bar as another special treat!!
Oh yes, the $200 strikes are my Favorite. O'Shea's and the Flamingo $200 strikes are limited to 400 and I believe O'Sheas are all gone.
We are new to this hobby and started out only collecting $10 strikes. Now I have been lucky enough to collect all the $200 strikes that have been available in the 2 yrs we have been collecting.
