Mark, If you can't get your scanner to work. Check ebay for a 5200C Scanner with software by Hewlett Packard. You can usually pick them up cheap and if they are new you will have one that works great. I have tried other HP and Cannon scanners and they do not do as nice a job. Maybe someon else on here has a scanner that works good. I would like to know also. Ted
