A really good trip report.
It's probally a good thing you wasn't able to make it to the Plaza or Las Vegas Club. As the silver strike machines are GONE from there. You could maybe have checked at the cages to see if they had any stirikes in the cage. And see if you could buy them, if they was some. I suggest that the next time just before you leave for Las Vegas. You check the club website and Jim Quinns site(link in club website) for the present location of strike machines. And which strikes are in them.
You say you are going back to LV in september. To bad you could not make it on august 8-11. For the yearly CC>CC convention. Most all of the silver strikers will be there. And new strikes usually are put out by some the casino's during this time.
