I would like to see the silver strike program kept around because I enjoy collecting but there are not that many collectors anymore for Harrahs to care about. The problem is too many people playing for dozens of the new designs to sell on Ebay/Jackpot so all that is left is the old boring or restaurant strikes that the random passerby are not interested in playing for. They don't ever feel the rush of winning a strike and therefore they don't start collecting. We have done this to ourselves as a group by the majority looking to make a few bucks rather than a collecting hobby. You know who you are, the ones that get multiple $200 strikes, red caps, extra sets of strikes just to sell.
