Just my thoughts and how I start out at a cage. I myself like to deal with the females. As Richard stated I never let them know I am a collector. I keep my knowledge close to my vest and go from there. The first thing I ask the cashiers is (are you allowed to except a tip) and I already know they are. I am just letting them know I will give them a tip if they can help me out. Gets them on my side from the start knowing I will tip them.
