The 1996 is a large font and the 1993 is a small font. I can't tell the difference. LOL I am using Richard's book and still can't tell. Either way I have a Rotated Die. Also, what about the ones with the Skull outward instead of inward? On some the skull is deep and on others the skull is raised. Thanks for any information.
