A rotated strike is basically this. There are coin aligned strikes that were accidentally made. One could say they are rotated 180 degrees. From time to time you can come across a strike that is not 180 degrees but is also not perfectly token aligned either. Coin aligned naturally bring a hefty premium. Myself and some other collectors also collect everything we can. And just because it is not coin aligned or rotated 180 degrees and in this case it is rotated 50 degrees it still is quite collectible. Not to mention it also in this case is of Marilyn Monroe which makes it a cross over collectible with the Marilyn collectors.
I hope this helps anyone who was curious.
