I was in the Barbary Coast Guess about 4 /5 years ago,& bought (6) of their $20s from the two Cages,& in the Mean time was talking to the Slot Manager. Told him that I had won (3) of the Same $10 Strikes,would He kindly exchange them. He said it was against company Policy,but did open the Machine to get the Strikes that I requested. Nice Guy, he made my day.
