Thanks for the input Jim. Actually though, on the index page it isn't white for subjects and gray for replies, the alternating white and gray separate threads. Also, inside a message it isn't that the subject is yellow and replies are white, all are white except the yellow one which is the one you are currently viewing.

I agree, a little more color would be nice. I will do some experimenting.
