Wes Is right on the money!! A first class parcel is $1.13 plus .17 twice for a total of $1.47 for a padded envelope with one strike weighing 3 ounces. The old rate was .87 for three ounces. They used to send a small parcel at the first class rate same as an envelope. Not any more! So be prepared to spend $1.47 to send a strike starting Monday.
