Can anyone tell me if NYNY and Monte Carlo will accept strikes at the cashier's cage for redemption? I have about 70 total from these two casinos to turn in, and don't want to send them to my sister if they won't take them. They are worth more money at $10 a piece than you can get selling them. Thanks for any info anyone has.
